Could you tell us a bit about yourself? Hi. My name is Rastov Agesa. I am from Nairobi Kenya. I have worked as a CNC laser operator since 2014. What has your career journey been like with Africa Work Power? My journey has been good and tough at the same time. l have had to grow step by step by learning from different professionals - helping me become the best I can be. It is a field where you have to be willing to learn new machines and software each year for you to be among the best. New career opportunities have come through word of mouth from friends and clients I used to work for. I heard about a job opportunity with AWP in Finland through a friend. I decided to interview for it and the rest is history. l can confidently say God had a plan for me . What values drive you? In my career the only thing that drives me is discipline, hard work and accountability. l am disciplined in what l do and take everything as a challenge. Hard work is a must.
